TECNICA APLICADA INTERNACIONAL, S.A. DE C.V. is a Mexican company with over 20 years experience in the development of maintenance management systems.

Our main product is the MP, a professional software to control and manage maintenance with more than 8000 users all over the world and a long career path which makes it one of the more acknowledged CMMS worldwide.

The head office is in Mexico City. We have representation agreements with different companies in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Venezuela, Brazil, Spain, India, UAE and USA.

As representatives of the brand, we cover all aspects of the value chain, from the system’s sale, training, technical support, to its implementation.

Our mission is to assist organizations of any industry in the control and management of their assets in the area of maintenance, in order to reduce operating expenses, improve work productivity and maximize its operating value through the successful implementation of our MP software for maintenance management.
